📅 Pickup Strictly by Appointment Only: Tuesday–Saturday, 11AM–6PM
Auctions are held every Sunday & Wednesday. You have only one week to pick up your items from each auction.
⏳ Need More Time? 1-Week Extension Available
Contact us before your pickup deadline to request one extra week. A storage fee of $5/day will be added to your invoice.
⚠️ After the Extension — Items Are Forfeited
Items not picked up after the extended week will no longer be available. Any outstanding balance will be charged to the credit card on file. Unpaid amounts may be referred to our collections department.

Simple, per box — no surprises
We ship in standard boxes — each is a Home Depot Large Moving Box (18″ × 18″ × 24″, up to 50 lbs).

e.g. 1 box = $19 · 2 boxes = $28 · 3 boxes = $37 (+ HST)
Most orders fit in 1–2 boxes. Your final box count is confirmed by our packing team, and we'll send you a photo and the exact total before charging your card. Oversized items (furniture, office chairs, etc.) are quoted separately.
